We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic IT & Digital team as a Creative Tech specialist. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration of technology and creative strategies to enhance our digital initiatives and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in both IT and creative fields will enable you to bridge the gap between technology and design, ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions that elevate our brand presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of creative technology strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and project managers, to define and refine creative technology requirements.
- Identify and evaluate emerging creative technologies and trends, providing recommendations on their potential application to enhance our digital products and services.
- Drive the implementation of cutting-edge tools, platforms, and systems to improve creative workflows, collaboration, and productivity.
- Oversee the integration of creative technology solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring compatibility, security, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support the adoption and utilization of creative technology solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in creative technology, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Analyst, Creative Technologist, or a similar role, with a strong background in both IT and creative fields.
- Expertise in creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D modeling tools, and video editing software.
- Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT, digital media, and creative fields.
