IT&D Senior Analyst, Retail Media

Description

The Retail Media Tech Specialist handles the technical aspects of retail media AdTech structure. Support our teams in terms of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, with a focus on tech solutions, features, APIs, and optimizations. They will work closely with the Retail Media team to develop and execute strategies that drive results for the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve retail media performance, such as using APIs, scripts, features to automate tasks or building custom tools.
  • Work with the Retail Media team to find and implement new features and solutions to increase media and operational efficiency
  • Support our markets, traders, and agencies in optimization of Retail Media campaigns with solutions using data analysis and machine learning.
  • Set up and support data clean rooms to enable secure and compliant data sharing between the Retail Media team and other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date and inform teams on the latest retail media technologies and trends.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail media technology.
  • Strong understanding of retail media platforms, such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Ads, Citrus, Criteo, Lazada and Carrefour
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Experience with data analysis and machine learning.
  • Experience with data clean room technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal communication
  • Have basic experience in building corporate presentations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skills to demo solutions and support the upskilling of the broader team

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with other media platforms such as Microsoft ADS, Google Display & Video 360, TTD, Teads, Meta etc.
  • Experience with retail media attribution and measurement.
  • Experience with retail media automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
