IT&D Senior Analyst, Salesforce Platform Engineer, Configuration

You will...

• Produce platform increments for deployment that meet documented customer requirements (e.g., software configuration, LWC development, Aura Components, Apex)
• Configure all service packaging processes, optimizing for quality and maintainability in production
• Develop/configure monitoring solutions to analyze service level performance and provide solutions to resolve issues
• Implement automated and manual test scripts with documented results
• Participate in vendor/new technology selection processes
• Collaborate with the product team to design, develop/configure, test and implement platform increments that meet customer requirements
• Audit code developed by external vendors
• Collaborate with solution architects to design and build robust technical services that are delivered by the platform
• Collaborate with Service Desk and product team members to resolve platform incidents, issues or queries that cannot be resolved in isolation

You'll succeed because you have... 

• Expert knowledge and understanding of one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines and architectural standards
• Experience in platform engineering, automated deployments and continuous integration
• Knowledge of validation of computer systems - welcome
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and what metadata variants can be implemented.
• Ability to develop CI/CD scripts and knowledge of related tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)
• Understanding of the relationship between Visualforce, Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components in the context of deployment
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Windows batch commands)
• Fluent English
