IT&D Senior Business Analyst-Digital Workplace Products

As part of the Digital Workplace team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing internal products that support the digital transformation and modernization of Reckitt’s workplace and driving their adoption. You will also manage the internal processes for developing custom solutions across Reckitt.

IT&D Senior Business Analyst  - Digital Workplace Products You will:

  • Co-create and maintain a product roadmaps and development plans
  • Understand and document business requirements, manage enhancements, and drive change management activities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business value through IT products
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and our vendors to implement new features and ensure the product's successful delivery
  • Coordinate and conduct testing and validation of the product to ensure it meets quality standards and user expectations
  • Measure product performance (KPIs) and collect user feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and deliver product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-year experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Owner/ Project Manager in agile software development methodology
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken 
  • Good understanding of the product/software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience in the requirements gathering and IT delivery process
  • Experience working with Senior Business Stakeholders
  • Strong project & process management skills and familiarity with agile principles
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team to drive and deliver results
  • Strong organizational skills (planning & prioritizing), with the ability to manage multiple deliverables (small/medium size) simultaneously.

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of the Microsoft365 environment and tech-stack (Sharepoint Framework, Power Platform, TeamsFx)
