About the role

In the pursuit of excellence, we're seeking a forward-thinking Manager who will shape the future of our IT and digital landscape. Your strategic mindset in developing and deploying top-tier digital products will directly fuel the innovative drive of our new phase of growth. Your responsibilities

- Chart the strategic direction for IT and digital product and platform architecture, ensuring it aligns with the organisation's overarching goals.
- Craft and execute a robust roadmap for IT and digital architecture initiatives, delivering cutting-edge solutions that propel customer and stakeholder value.
- Lead a talented team of architects, inspiring them to adopt best practises while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Oversee governance and quality processes, ensuring compliance and evolving our IT services through continuous improvement.
- Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across the board, translating IT strategies into cohesive and aligned actions.
- Analyse function performance using key metrics, articulating value and progress to senior management.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven expertise in leading IT or digital project lifecycles, with a knack for utilising agile methodologies to navigate complex environments successfully.
- Deep understanding of IT and digital product architecture, regulatory frameworks, and a passion for harnessing innovations in the field.
- Exceptional communicator with a talent for forging strong relationships and guiding stakeholders through transformative digital journeys.
- Commitment to staying ahead of the curve, leveraging the latest industry trends to drive meaningful change and optimisation within the organisation.
