The Solutions Architect will proactively and holistically drive solution design activities within the product teams, ensuring alignment with the overall Enterprise Architecture and product stream strategy. The Solutions Architect will provide the necessary leadership, analysis, guidance, and design related to the development of Web products and their integration with existing and planned data streams, products, services, and platforms. S/He owns solution architecture specification.

You will...

• Be responsible for the architecture of the Web products consisting of Websites, Web Apps, services, components, design systems, and various tech stacks
• Deliver the architectural design input for product(s) and inputs to the roadmap by utilising knowledge of defined reference architectures, industry best practices, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution 
• Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations 
• Define the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision 
• Work across various existing technologies and leverage your experience, as well as emerging technologies to qualify, define, and design cost-effective and performant solutions
• Design the architecture for Web Presence in the perspective of a wider landscape of solutions and data streams to ensure we can serve our customers with great digital experiences

You'll succeed because you have...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture for enterprise web solutions, web apps, community/customer portals
• Full-stack development experience preferred 
• Experience with MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-Native SaaS, Headless) and technologies such as/equivalent to Contentstack, Algolia, Gatsby Cloud, Web Personalization Engines, DXP, CDNs
• SA/Cloud certifications – GCP Certifications would be a bonus
• Architecture frameworks and software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe) 
• Experience in migrating web services across AWS, Azure, and GCP stacks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements, able and willing to relay architecture vision to Senior Management
• Understanding of organisations mission, values, and goals
