As IT&D Tester/QA, you’ll have the freedom to innovate, finding new ways to make our business faster, smarter and more agile than ever. You will design, document, and execute tests which validate whether product requirements and automation solutions have been satisfied according to the required quality. You'll define KPIs to measure, validate, and report on software quality. You'll collaborate with Product Team members to elaborate product requirements and assure their testability as well as support the Service Desk in resolving product incidents or inquiries which they cannot manage in isolation.

You’ll:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce solutions
• Identify, document and report defects, errors and issues
• Work closely with the Salesforce Business Analyst, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the solutions meet those needs
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

You’ll succeed because you have… 

• Strong understanding of Salesforce and experience in testing Salesforce solutions is a plus
• Experience with testing tools and automation technologies
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, testing methodologies, and test design techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps deployment methodologies
