Junior / Commercial Fixed Costs Analyst

Warszawa, Mazovia Province 

Enabling the smooth running of our business, you’ll be accountable for Fixed Costs expenses across the region: Poland, Czech, Slovakia & Baltics 

In this role you will...

• Manage month end close activities within CFC area (lead the preparation of accruals, secure documentation, assure fair view and backup of the cost standing)
• Manage the budgeting process (yearly, quarterly) including inputs collection from budget holders, consolidating numbers, comparing to previous year & plan
• Support budget holders with variance analysis and productivity projects 
• Cooperate with other finance team members on financial and business processes
• Liaise with internal and external auditors within area of responsibility

You'll succeed because you have...

• 1 year of experience within Finance Controlling Functions; experience in FMCG will be an additional asset
• University degree (min. Bachelor's) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar degree course
• Fluent English
• Office/Excel/Power Point utilization/data modelling
• SAP and Power BI familiarity will be an asset
• Excellent planning and work organization skills as well as ability to multitask
• Ability to naturally analyze, prioritize and synthesize all types of information to allow timely and effective business impact on a consistent basis
