Graduate Development Programme

Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you an in-depth look at our business as a whole, while immersing you in real roles within a functional area of the business to accelerate the career of young talents at Reckitt. Junior Data Analyst (Graduates Development Program)

Warsaw, Poland

Start date: 3rd of June

As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development plan, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world’s most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career!

During the program, you will go through at least 2 rotations within the business functions/team in Data.

Your responsibilities

- Support the development and delivery of resilient and flexible digital solutions in collaboration with an agile team.
- Merge creativity with strategy to refine system design, usability, and performance in line with customer needs.
- Be an active player in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the direction and review of our projects.
- Champion compliance whilst navigating standards and regulations with precision and care.
- Drive continuous enhancement of our solution engineering processes, embracing innovation at every turn.

The experience we're looking for

- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with solution engineering tools and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong background in project management, with a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Effective communicator, comfortable advising and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to embracing and implementing digital transformation and innovation principles.
