You will...

  • Build and execute medical education strategy for external and internal stakeholders to foster company and brands strategies deployment
  • Identify external stakeholders (Institutions, Patients Groups, etc.), and build long-term partnership to drive positive social impact in chosen areas
  • Establish and maintain contact with Key Opinion Leaders & Key Medical Experts
  • Develop and leverage medical/scientific insights through attendance at scientific meetings to further develop own knowledge base in line with company and medical strategy.
  • Provide Medical Training to affiliate staff in line with clearly identified strategic needs; drive internal science and product education
  • Map medical issues and opportunities that might impact Reckitt business and drive the agenda to address them
  • Provide medical input into sales and marketing strategies and medical and technical input into medically accurate development of Brand promotional materials
  • Be responsible for Medical Crisis Management
  • Support on regulatory strategies for registration of new products or line extensions

You'll succeed because you have...

  • Experience in building partnership with KOL and medical experts
  • Min. 5 years of experience as project manager in pharmaceutical industry and understanding of OTC specifics, preferably in Medical Affairs and/or Public Affairs
  • Ability to interface in multi-functional teams and influence others to work collaboratively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish cohesive working teams and interact effectively at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to drive and coordinate diverse activities in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivation and strive to challenge the status quo and make a significant impact
  • Creativity and flexibility with solving problems and ability to encourage and engage input from others
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
