In this role you will…

  • cooperate closely with local in-country teams to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time for your respective market
  • prepare input file for system interface 
  • review timesheets, attendance records, and correct inaccuracies
  • analyse variance, payroll controls for accurate payslip generation
  • provide expertise on payroll issues, resolve employee queries and solicit advisement for complex queries
  • ensure adherence to compliance
  • manage payroll reports for respective markets
  • prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits, and garnishments
  • process benefit costs, like insurance fees and sick leaves
  • manage payment calendars for the fiscal year
  • liaise with external vendors and stakeholders (third party vendors, government authorities)

 
You’ll succeed because … 

  • you are fluent in Spanish or/and Portuguese or/and Italian or/and German or/and Danish and can communicate in English
  • you have at least 2 years of experience in the payroll field
  • you have a strong customer service orientation
  • you are feeling comfortable with working in Excel
  • you are a team player – empathetic, supportive, and collaborative 
  • you’re able to successfully juggle multiple priorities
