You will...

  • Manage portfolio of Digital Workplace Employee Experience Products  
  • Define product roadmaps and backlogs in collaboration with IT and non-IT stakeholders 
  • Ensure requirements delivery and quality for all products 
  • Manage a team of direct reports (product analyst, project manager)  
  • Ensure effective collaboration with development and other teams involved in product delivery process including enterprise architecture and cyber security 
  • Product and project budget management 
  • Manage effective stakeholder engagement and communications (across the business, IT, and other support functions) 
  • Create and maintain the documentation of each of the project/solution in a team’s portfolio 
  • Manage team’s priorities based on business value 
  • Actively drive the enhancements and modification of supported products and processes related to them 
  • Support and follow-up investigation of questions, issues, and defects 
  • Prepare training and guidance to support product adoption 
  • Monitor product adoption and coordinate adoption initiatives with Adoption and Communications team 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards 

 

You will succeed, because You have...

  • Master degree in IT or Business 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Analyst  
  • Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in people management  
  • Proven ability to manage high-ranking stakeholder engagement 
  • Proficiency in English with good communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver product roadmaps from ideation to product adoption 
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments 
  • Experience with Agile software development and project management methodologies   
  • Familiarity with modern workplace Microsoft 365 services and/or productivity applications  
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets
