Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in our finance processes. Embark on an exciting journey where your influence will be pivotal in advancing our global SAP landscape, ensuring our systems are future-ready.

This is a strategic and challenging role deploying technologically driven Commercial & Manufacturing Controlling processes in SAP ERP system whilst working with various local business units and ensuring compliance with globally defined policy.

Role involves working alongside, Global Process Owners, Super Users, other functional SAP BPO’s and Solution Architects to enable successful deployments.

The SAP Scope of role is: Product Costing; Inventory Accounting; Internal Order Accounting; Cost Centre Accounting; Budget and Forecast Planning; Manufacturing Variance Analysis; Management & Group Reporting; Profitability Analysis; Cost Controlling; Global Hub Operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure financial and operational controls are in place and embedded in the process.
  • Review, challenge and escalate change for approvals as required.
  • Participate/Lead various Governance meetings.
  • Review local process variations to standard.
  • Minimize the number of ‘local’ process exceptions.
  • Drive change management activities.
  • Provide process expertise to project teams.
  • Knowledge transfer into markets.
  • Act as a point of escalation for process related change requests from deployment teams.
  • Write, review, and sign off process documentation & SOP’s including country localizations.
  • Support early identification of country variances.
  • Work with country teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model.
  • Support to the Adoption and Continuous Improvement team

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
  • Previous business/finance experience, 5 + years.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End 2 End Controlling processes with working level understanding of R2R and P2P.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict.
  • Positive & can-do attitude, good team player.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple project/s with inter-dependencies.
  • Project Management, Six Sigma certifications desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential (End User or Super User Level).
