About the role

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in our finance processes. Embark on an exciting journey where your influence will be pivotal in advancing our global SAP landscape, ensuring our systems are future-ready.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as custodian of end-to-end business processes (L1-L4) including:
    • High level business process flows.
    • Fully documented Global Business Process template design for each major sub-process.
    • Financial controls and Reports within each process.
  • Represent Business Process at individual Business change assessment analysis sessions in markets to ensure all business requirements are considered (and documented via User Requirements specification).
  • Ensure that any business needs driving a requirement for customisation are strongly challenged and options for process redesign are considered.
  • Assure that justification for customisations is documented and change progressed via governance model in place.
  • Update relevant documentation based on changes to the standard global process template (including SOPs, Core Business Models, User Guides, training materials, etc.).
  • Participate at preparation of the training materials.
  • Responsible for the resolution/review of issues, risks, and business impacts for the owned process.
  • Identify internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process.
  • Lead Super User forums dedicated to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead process governance forum for owned process.

The experience we're looking for

  • Qualified accountant.  
  • Previous business/finance experience – 5-10yrs in various finance roles (ex. Financial, Commercial Controller, Systems Accountant). International experience is a plus. 
  • SAP knowledge (preferably both implementation and in business use).
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end business processes (PTP, R2R, Controlling, O2C).
  • Six Sigma / PRINCE methodology certifications would be added advantage.
  • Positive & can-do attitude, good team player.
  • Very good communication skills (fluent English is a must), organisational ability and strong presentation skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills with calm & cheerful disposition. 
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. 
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential 
  • Willingness to travel to Reckitt’s international sites.
