About the role
Corporate Security Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of Global Corporate Security Strategy and programs; identifying, developing, implementing and sustaining enterprise-wide security processes across Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki factory site and businesses in Country to reduce risk, manage crises, respond to incidents and limit liability in all areas under his/her responsibility. This position reports to the Regional Security Manager. With close relationship with Country leadership.
Your responsibilities
- Participates in the identification of effective strategies to assess and mitigate risk, manage crises and incidents, maintain continuity of operations, and safeguard the organization.
- Works closely with Reckitt Country Supply Chain of all business units to define security systems and process requirements; researches and evaluates support people and products that best support the operational needs of the business (e.g. guard force, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, etc.).
- Works closely with business units to oversee contract management process for requirements definition, RFIs, RFPs, contract awards, and contract execution (including monitoring deliverables to ensure compliance with contract terms and budget).
- Manages the development, implementation, and testing of physical security systems to ensure proper installation, integration, operations and maintenance; works closely with business stakeholders to ensure operational capabilities meet requirements.
- Conducts security assessments of Reckitt and Reckitt-third party business partners in the Country.
- Provides professional security advice and coordination with all other business areas to develop best preventative measures that balance business risks, customer expectations, and security requirements while recognizing financial responsibilities.
- Develops and implements security awareness processes, including the development and implementation of security best practices, policies, SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Monitors all security policy areas and ensures compliance with the Reckitt Standards of Business Controls and Ethics.
- Manages security contracts, as applicable. Ensures appropriate delivery of training to company employees, contract security personnel, and others as deemed necessary.
- Manages security investigations, as required. Partners with internal stakeholders in the conduct of employee investigations as necessary.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Country law enforcement/ regulatory agencies that affect company security operations.
- Responds to security risks wherever necessary.
The experience we're looking for
- Ability to identify and address key security issues to support strategic business needs.
- High degree of knowledge of and demonstrated ability to develop and implement physical and supply chain security systems, processes, and technologies.
- Experience with managing guard force contracts, operations, and personnel.
- Proven investigative skill sets which highlight experience in planning and conducting complex investigations, to include internal/compliance investigations.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- An accurate understanding and knowledge of practices associated with security risk analysis, assessments, and internal investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in stressful situations.
- Demonstrated experience in financial and budgetary management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
Qualification we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; advanced degree desired.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Must have strong computer skills with competence with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Appropriate industry certifications; CPP and/or PSP, PCI, CFE preferred.
- Corporate Security functional experience required.
- Strong ability to communicate and articulate with a high level of proficiency in written and verbal format.
- Security risk management/ threat analysis skills and demonstrated skill in writing/implementing security procedures and plans.
- Strong understanding of business risk analysis and prioritizing those according to business needs.
- Ability to problem solve in real-time and to coordinate preparedness plans in crisis situations for the enterprise.
