About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our OTC Marketing team, focusing on the iconic Nurofen brand. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction based on brand’s purpose, brand equity and business growth of Nurofen in Poland.

Your responsibilities

- Support the development of category strategy and spur the growth of assigned brands with marketing excellence. 

- Oversee your brand's annual financial objectives and market share goals, responding to results with actionable plans. 

- Contribute to long-term marketing strategies and define communication and innovation policies. 

- Assemble the annual Marketing Plan, endorsing marketing actions, sales initiatives, and outstanding execution. 

- Devise local business development initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to propel the brand forward. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and market share.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for consumer insights, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
