A Reckitt IT&D Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst supports and drives supplier selection, relationship management, continually improving performance and delivery of Strategic Partners across the IT&D vendor ecosystem.   
You will drive Joint Business Planning with Strategic Partners to ensure overall performance expectations are met in support of guardianship of Strategic Partner Relationships.  You will develop strategic concepts, formulate principles, behaviours, mechanisms and set the guardrails enabling IT&D teams to efficiently manage and operate with their respective vendors. You will collaborate with Product and platform streams, Global Procurement and other supporting compliance/business functions to align common frameworks that will enable successful, efficient and automated IT Supplier performance management and metrics and drive structured Governance with Strategic Partners.

You will understand IT finances and contracts and the constituent costs that comprise Total Cost of Ownership.  You play a leading role in centralised TCO frameworks principles, design, implementation and onwards training.  You will support development of and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier's performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results in accordance with Reckitt IT&D operating cadence for senior Executives and the business consumption.

  • The successful candidate will support adoption of expected behaviours across internal and external stakeholders that support Business and IT Goals and respective IT sourcing strategy.  The role will interface with Executive Sponsors and Partners themselves and foster a culture of innovation.
  • You will play a leading role for Product and Platform teams ensuring coaching and enablement for IT&D Product and Platform verticals, ensuring best in class supplier management practises and capabilities are globally deployed across the IT&D ecosystem.
  • You will create, coordinate and deliver blueprint Governance to across Strategic Partners for successful execution of Joint Business Plans.  You will have the opportunity to continuously improve models and process and support implementation of effective supplier ecosystem management practises for product groups end-to-end accountability and value delivery.

 

You’ll succeed with….

  • 5 plus years of relevant experience with IT contracts and relationships or experience as an IT Supplier, managing customer accounts and relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge experience of IT Finance models and reporting capabilities.  CAPEX and OPEX techniques, Total Cost of Ownership, the financial building blocks of IT and it’s relation to Technology Business Management (TBM).
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills particularly at senior levels of an organisation
  • Ability to establish key metrics by which Supplier performance will be measured. Create and execute centralised reporting to monitor Supplier performance against Joint Business Plans.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships both internal and external including Executives, Procurement, Finance, Legal….
  • Ability to drive performance and value from IT Suppliers
  • Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
  • Self-starter and able to work autonomously / within teams whilst prioritising workloads in a dynamic and fast-moving organisation.
  • Able to think strategically, creatively.  Manage conflict and mediate.  Deal with ambiguity and operate through a continuously evolving landscape.
  • Collaborate, inspire and motivate teams working across a Globally distributed and diverse organisation.
