About the role

Your role will involve insightful analysis, precise planning, and seamless execution to maintain the lifeblood of our operations — our inventory and logistics. Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for their own safety and health and for the safety and health of others
  • Adherence to safety guidelines in the process area in all work processes
  • Identifying potential accidents and sources of danger and prevent them by and prevent them by taking appropriate measures
  • Adhere to the relevant UVV and VBG guidelines
  • Rational and cost-conscious action in the daily work process as well as cooperation in the continuous improvement process.
  • Preparation of the rolling planning in coordination with our customers and production.

  • Ensuring Environmental Protection Compliance with the processes described in the management manual for OHSAS 18001 and 14001
  • Working closely with customers and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reduction of raw and auxiliary materials through optimal control of production while observing the best possible OEE.
  • Definition of optimal planning parameters such as MOQ, SS taking into account factory and customer needs.
  • Creating evaluations such as consumption; forecast etc

The experience we're looking for

  • Completed commercial or technical education (or comparable).
  • Relevant experience in production environment and/or Planning & Logistics of min. of 2 years.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite ( esp. Excel) and a foundational grasp of logistics software in ERP systems - preferred JDE.
  • Noteworthy organisational abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent at communicating and teamworking, building relationships both internally and with external parties.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement, always looking for ways to enhance business operations.
  • Fluent in German and English.
