The Reckitt Success Through Experience Program caters to recent college graduates of a Bachelor's program in Supply or Engineering. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for all production operations on site. You’ll ensure we meet all quality, service and cost targets. And that we do so safely. The Reckitt Success Through Experience Program (STEP) consists of three 12-month rotations designed to let future leaders learn, grow, and explore, not only in one specific discipline, but across a range of business processes and projects.  This program will have rotations in our US manufacturing facility in Zeeland, Michigan. 

What is Reckitt's definition of Supply Chain? In Reckitt, Supply Chain is every step of the manufacturing process starting at Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Delivering our products.  We believe that well rounded leaders have a background with experience in all of these areas to be successful in our organization. 

The program may include assignments in the following areas: 

Procurement Analyst, Continuous Improvement Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Planning Analyst, Planner, Project Leader, Supervisor of: Operations, Quality, or Maintenance 

This is a 3-year rotational program with roles like Customer Service, Transportation, Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, and more.

The program starts in July 2023.

The Supply Chain STEP prides itself in preparing our participants for success, by establishing performance goals/objectives, training & development, providing in-depth assessment and coaching.  

Competencies

US Additional requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Logistics, or Operations Management. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Min 3.0 GPA

• Strong Interest in understanding the dynamics of a global organization.
