About the role

Are you passionate about leading innovation and process development in manufacturing? Reckitt is looking for a Technical Manager to guide our large site's endeavours, critical to introducing new Health and Personal Hygiene products. In this pivotal role, you will work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the seamless launch of groundbreaking products that impact lives. Your expertise will see you fostering the growth of our powerhouse brands through technical mastery and collaborative spirit.

Your responsibilities

- Lead new product and process development initiatives for key Health and Personal Hygiene brands.
- Ensure the successful transfer of manufacturing processes from R & D, external manufacturers or other Reckitt sites through our Technical Transfer Process.
- Drive process improvements focusing on safety, cost efficiency, quality, and customer service, both in-house and with external partners.
- Provide vital troubleshooting and technical support to manufacturing units, particularly for process safety and product robustness.
- Offer technical assistance to global manufacturing facilities and help integrate new technologies and processes during business expansions.

The experience we're looking for

- A deep understanding of manufacturing technology, preferably in pharmaceuticals and FMCG sectors.
- Familiarity with UK, EU and FDA regulations and standards.
- Experience in managing and developing teams, as well as improving facility operations.
- A proven track record of effective stakeholder communication and collaboration across various functions.
- A strong grasp of material properties and advanced processing technologies.
- Capable of applying business acumen and analytics to enhance productivity and business processes.

US salary range

USD $104,000.00  -  $156,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
