ZSP Bowen Dryer Operator

Description

-Monitor drying equipment including dryers, fluid beds, bag houses and bulk transport systems  

-Troubleshoot equipment associated with the drying process  

-Perform duties associated with bulk material handling  

Make sanitary connections for all DCIP, TCIP, COP and other forms of cleaning  

-Perform chemical tests and maintain day tank levels  

-Perform assigned preventative maintenance of drying equipment  

-Disassemble and assemble various machinery  

-Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation  

-Collect samples from bulk and kraft bags  

-Maintain a clean and sanitary environment  

-Be able to use independent judgment and work well on a team  

   
Qualifications:  

-High school diploma or equivalent required  

-Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus  

-Previous experience in a food processing department a plus
