About the role

As General Accountant P2P you will be responsible for:

Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring the invoice processing by the external provider and maintain the relative KPIs
  • Ensure that the correct indirect tax has been applied VAT, withholding tax, stamp duty
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures
  • Perform periodic review of GRNI outstanding items 
  • Single Point of Contact between RB and 3rd party P2P service provider
  • Support Internal, External or Tax audit bodies by providing all information required in the Audit Process
  • Participate in Internal Control Process reassuring P2P activities compliance with RB standards
  • Be P2P Super User by: providing regular trainings to local users & expertise support to local users
  • Keep track record on employees’ expense reports balances and Credit Cards
  • Responsible for ICO transactions and ICO reconciliations/Payments
  • Participate in the Month End Close tasks, by supporting Supply Chain department, including Factory finance acti
  • Participate to the end-to-end month/quarter/year end processes for transacting, closing, and reporting the Group accounts including control and reconciliation of the general ledger
  • Monitoring MyData electronic books

The experience we're looking for

  • BSc in Accounting, MSc will be considered as an asset
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounts Payable or related field
  • Experience in multinational or a large group of companies will be considered a plus

 

We offer a 1 year fixed-term contract.

  • Experience in SAP will be considered a plus
