Master Data Specialist-Maternity Cover (1 year fixed term contract)

About the role

We're inviting you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence will go beyond operations to truly shape our success.

Your responsibilities

  • Execute creation and changes to SAP master data (e.g. customer, vendor, materials etc.) as approved by the business
  • Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance
  • Perform regular business-related activities e.g. trackers and KPI reports updates, price and contracts updates, approval schemes
  • System monitoring and user management related activities
  • Perform mass updates as required
  • Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
  • Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
  • Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems
  • Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
  • Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
  • Complete internal control tasks

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant field
  • 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG sector will be considered as an asset
  • Basic business understanding, evidence of marketing & commercial awareness / mindset
  • Proficient in Greek and English
  • Knowledge of IRI/Nielsen database and SAP would be considered as asset
  • Completed military service for male candidates
