Sobre el rol

  • El Electromecánico es responsable de asegurar la operación continua, segura y eficiente de los equipos industriales de la planta.
  • El rol tiene un enfoque totalmente operativo y en campo, siendo clave para la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de los activos productivos.
  • Contribuye directamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad y seguridad de la planta de Atizapán.
  • Es una posición ideal para técnicos con potencial de crecimiento dentro de la operación.

Ubicación del rol: Atizapán, Estado de México.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en equipos e instalaciones industriales.
  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas, lubricación, ajustes y calibraciones de equipos.
  • Diagnosticar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas, neumáticas y de control, minimizando tiempos de paro.
  • Dar mantenimiento a sistemas de HVAC, aire comprimido, vapor, agua, motores, bombas, compresores y tableros eléctricos.
  • Aplicar y cumplir normas de seguridad industrial, medio ambiente y NOM‑STPS, reportando condiciones inseguras.
  • Registrar actividades, órdenes de trabajo y reportes técnicos en SAP u otros sistemas de mantenimiento.
  • Apoyar en análisis de causa raíz, auditorías internas/externas y actividades de mejora continua.
    Colaborar con operadores de producción y otros técnicos para la correcta operación de los equipos.

La experiencia que estamos buscando

  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia como Electromecánico o en roles similares en plantas industriales.
  • Formación técnica o carrera en mecánica, electricidad, electromecánica o afín.
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos industriales (llenadoras, taponadoras, codificadores, tableros eléctricos, etc.).
  • Conocimientos en mantenimiento mecánico y eléctrico; neumática y control deseables.
  • Experiencia o familiaridad con SAP PM u otros sistemas de órdenes de trabajo (nice to have).

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con producción y mantenimiento.
  • Organización y seguimiento adecuado de actividades y reportes técnicos.
