About the role

With your strategy-setting expertise and skill in fostering vital supply chain relationships, you'll ignite growth and inspire operational excellence. Your responsibilities

- Develop and implement the logistics strategy for the cluster, ensuring best practises and operational coherence.
- Lead a safety-first culture while driving compliance and quality measures across a regulated environment.
- Establish robust processes and systems with 3PL providers to guarantee consistent and accurate stock management.
- Engage with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in finished goods within the supply chain swiftly.
- Provide training and support to enhance the warehouse team's competencies in systems and processes.
- Spearhead and support projects aimed at refining warehouse functions, as well as strategic inventory reduction.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in warehouse operations with a knack for integrating commercial and technical responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in continuous improvement, financial responsibility, team mentorship, and regulatory compliance.
- A history of successful collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring exemplary service delivery.
- Recognised leadership skills, taking charge and showing accountability for your area of responsibility.
