Your responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end innovation projects coordination across LATAM, managing multifunctional team such as Marketing, Trade, Quality, R&D, Planning, Procurement, Legal, IBP Manufacturing, Engineering and others
- Ensure projects are launched on time with scope and budget approved
- Communicate risks associated with the project
- Lead and coordinate multifunctional meetings to ensure Project development, generate minutes of the discussion highlighting deadlines and responsible for activities
- Manage project timeline and budget, giving visibility of any risks of delay
- Follow up financial approvals (CAPEX, external lab test and so on), send requests for quotation of new items, build COGs for P&L calculation
- Analize if project is within financial threshold
- Make sure all activities are aligned, such as line trials, consumer studies and others, with all the areas involved and within the timings needed
- Follow up technical tests results to check project technical viability
- Guarantee that all legislation and internal rules are being followed (EHS, QA and so on)
- Generate reports and presentations on project status
- Latam scope Change control Management Coordinate with other factories the process of having changes in existing skus or launching new items
The experience we're looking for
- Background in manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain
- Experience in FMCG
- Change control management
- Cost and financial analysis for P&L approvals
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemical, LAE, biotechnology or related
