As a Logistic Inventory Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider to ensure the safe, seamless movement and accurately controlled storage of Reckitt’s products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing 3PL performance, managing costs, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will monitor and support the interfaces between inbound receiving and outbound shipping, acting as a key player in infrastructure improvement, process re-engineering, and cost-saving initiatives.

Your responsibilities
- Scorecard 3PL KPIs and Logistic Center financial metrics set by contract and Logistics Manager.
- Key User for Blue Yonder/JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory losses and system (WMS to SAP) variances, resolving as necessary.
- Inventory Management:
- Verify and audit 3PL cycle counts process.
- Point of contact for 3PL approvals on inventory adjustments.
- Maintain expired and short date reporting for inventory and communicate to the business.
- SAP IDOC errors: Manage and troubleshoot IDOCs between WMS and SAP.
- Support the demand planners and customer service teams by ensuring receiving and shipping processes are efficient and adhered to.
- IB/OB Order Management: Handle inbound/outbound discrepancies as per SOPs, including cancellations and ASN issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
- Support environmental, health and safety program activities.
- Manage waste disposal program and audit 3PL process against SOPs.
- Support standards and audits required for facility certification.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost and quality, maintain the facility project list and savings tracker.
- Projects:
- Participate in weekly meetings for ongoing projects.
- Point of contact for 3PL change projects.
- Vendor Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of all vendor providers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience working with ERP (SAP), WMS (Blue Yonder/JDA), and Excel. Previous exposure to associated interfaces and TMS a bonus.
- 2+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) supply chain, wholesale distribution experience, or similar experience working in logistics.
- You believe in planning; you practice good judgment and have the ability to work independently.
- Experience with identifying the root of a problem, but more importantly you find the solution.
- Experience in continuous improvement, change facilitation and process mapping.
- Clear and concise in communicating statuses and required actions.
- Work cross functionally and strive to overachieve as a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or B.S. In Supply Chain Management, Business Degree, or relevant degree
