About the role

This isn't just any support role; your dedication and hard work will be integral to keeping our office & staff organised, supported, and safe. Whether it's turning chaos into order or being the go-to person for fixing things up, your efforts will ensure a smooth sailing workplace for all.
Joining one of the best (and busiest) support teams in our industry, and working directly alongside our leaders, you’ll tackle challenges right across the mix. You’ll take on everything from arranging office events to manning reception. The pace and complexity of our business will mean that every hour could bring something new. And you’ll respond effectively every time.
The role is 20 hours per week, split across 5 days - the perfect role for an experienced office manager who is looking to get some more balance back, or manage the challenges of family & life.
Your responsibilities

End to end office management responsibilities

Reception coverage
-
Booking couriers and managing incoming/outgoing mail

Ensuring office stationery supplies are stocked

Managing all internal security and parking access cards

Organising catering & other vendors for events

Taking ownership of office activities, making sure everything is running smoothly
The experience we're looking for
- Previous experience in an Office Management/Facilities role
- A sharp eye for detail and superior organisational skills.
- Works well independently and values being part of a team.
- Strong communicator who can connect with colleagues at all levels – from senior management to junior staff.
- Agile way of working, able to change priorities quickly and multitask.
- Shows initiative, able to drive your own success in the role
- A true can do attitude – no task is too big or too small
