What you will aim for:

Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager will report to Trade Marketing Manager and plays a key role within the Country Sales team in driving excellence in store (4P) execution across customers. The role focuses on building expert knowledge in key categories/channels. In addition, the role will lead the development and implementation of category/channel management strategies which focus on expanding company in store presence & visibilities in categories, strengthening our brands, optimizing product assortment, promotional and pricing strategy.

Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager plays a critical role in delivering competitive advantage for Reckitt Thailand products. The role will focus on building a thorough understanding of category across major brands and leveraging this expertise to influence meaningful change with key trade partners and strengthen Reckitt Thailand products strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales Strategy and Plan to deliver growth in assigned category
  • Overdrive assigned accounts/channel through 4P initiatives i.e. Distribution drive, excellent placement & POS, plan & roll down price waterfall & promotion strategies
  • Work on business plan including budget & ROI plan & controlled process to deliver target revenue & profit within trade spend plan 


  • Bachelor’s or Master's in business administration, marketing or other related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years FMCG experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Marketing / Key Account Management / Consumer & Shopper Insights are advantageous
  • Advanced analytical abilities and the understanding of how to translate findings into action
  • Agile and work well under dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skill in English and Thai for business conduct level
