About the role

We’re looking for a local Champion in Employee Engagement & HR Comms to partner with the HR Director, local HR team, and line management in driving organizational efficiency while reinforcing our vision, values, and business strategies.

 

Your responsibilities

Lead employee engagement initiatives as a key lever for culture development

  • Design and drive engagement strategies that move beyond “fun activities” toward purposeful, insight driven interventions that build strategic clarity, strengthen cross team collaboration, and tangibly shape culture.

Lead and professionalize HR communications

  • Create and deliver clear, professional, and employee friendly HR communications (email, newsletters, announcements, townhalls) that support change management, increase understanding of HR/company initiatives, and enhance trust in HR/leadership

Support leadership development interventions.

  • Partner with HRBPs to ensure smooth local execution of global leadership programs and co‑create supplemental development initiatives for local needs.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor degree 
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Professional in an multinational company with well-established HR departments and practices and/or in international HR consulting firm
  • Proficient communication in English and Thai for presentation level
  • Able to design engagement activities that connect directly to business purpose and culture goals.
  • Uses survey results and employee feedback to decide where to focus.
  • Strong, clear communicator – good at written communication and visualization
  • Has experience coordinating or supporting leadership development programs.
  • Willing to work on a contract.
