About the role
Your responsibilities
1. Medical Strategy & Execution
• Lead and execute the country medical affairs plan aligned with regional and global strategies.
• Localize scientific communication and support evidence generation in key areas of pediatric nutrition.
• Provide medical insights to shape brand strategy, marketing plans, and future innovation
2. Scientific Engagement & KOL Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders
(KOLs), and academic institutions.
• Represent the company at national scientific conferences, advisory boards, and CME events.
• Organize and lead scientific advisory boards and medical education initiatives.
3. Evidence Generation & Clinical Research
• Support and lead local evidence generation activities including Real-World Evidence, Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), and collaborative research.
• Act as the point of contact for clinical operations for global/regional studies conducted in ASEANPage 2 of 2
4. Medical Governance & Compliance
• Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, company SOPs, and ethical standards.
• Lead or support medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials.
5. Cross-functional Partnership
• Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, R&D, and Commercial teams.
• Provide training and medical support to internal teams (e.g., sales force training, Q&A support).
The experience we're looking for
• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent); Pediatric specialization is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in pediatric nutrition or pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience engaging with KOLs and executing medical strategies at country level.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and medical governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
