About the role
Reckitt is looking for an inspiring Customer Service Manager to shape the heart of our customer experience. Your responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Service team training needs are met, and they grow as company plans
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with clients.
- Management of internal and external customer relations: ensuring the communication of information to relevant stakeholders and participating in performance meetings.
- Monthly follow up of KPIs
- Controls Reception and lapse time of orders
- Coordinates and supervises the Customer Service Team.
- Coordinates and supervises master data base maintenance, purchasing orders and issues service
- Supervises alignment between products catalogue and customers’ orders
- Supervises customers agreements’ compliance, and their maintenance, as well as payments received
- Coordinates with logistics & sales product delivery to customers.
- Supervises customers’ credit control and established limits
- Ensures provisions are well done according to PtP’s situation analysed by their team
- Takes decisions to correct deviation from established plans
The experience we're looking for
- Master degree level (business school, engineer or equivalent)
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (customer service/planning/operations /logistics management), ideally in a FMCG environment.
- Business knowledge (key performance indicators of commercial services)
- Knowledge of the supply chain
- Basic financial knowledge (P&L)
- ERP knowledge (SAP ECC)
- Mastery of MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel
- English Advanced level
