Purpose of the position

Drive and manage the item code set-up process in the factory from creation up to cost calculation and transfer price communication, monitoring progress and highlighting pending tasks to users. This involves finished goods SKU's, raw material and packaging components and semifinished items (formulas, bases, premixes).

Responsibilities

- Create FCN/PCT (Factory Catalogue Number) for new SKU's

- Create new packaging component codes

- Create and update SKU information to factory team ("Alta Técnica")

- Create draft for SKU information to Production team ("Ficha Técnica)

- Manage SKU set-up meeting with Factory team and drive the process.

- Analyse and manage SKU and material master data in ERP system (active/slow-moving/obsolete)

- Manage/Monitor obsoletion process of SKU's in factory (change control, scrap and obsoletion)

- Coordinate PO creation and cost acceptance of artwork costs with Marketing and pack suppliers

- Performing cyclical analyzes based on data from the ERP system, e.g. PO analysis, Raw Material Stock Analysis, MRP calculation, …

- Supporting the New Product Implementation and Planning departments in implementing new projects through, among others: preparation of product definitions, preparation of system settings, verification of available information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Performing all duties assigned by the superior in accordance with applicable regulations, norms and internal standards of the Company.

- Performing duties in accordance with the Labour Code, Work Regulations and Code of Conduct.

- Compliance with regulations on health, safety and environmental protection.

Requirements

- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial and Systems Engineering, IT or similar)

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

- English level: proficient (C1-C2)

- Knowledge of computer software: MS Office (Excel, Access. Powerpoint), ERP System (JDE/SAP), Knowledge of the VBA programming language, Basic knowledge of the SQL language, Power BI knowledge.
