About the role

You will manage projects from day one, making decisions with real impact and driving performance through brands with purpose to Create a Cleaner & Healthier world.

This position is responsible for the development of assigned brands through the achievement of specific growth objectives. The position resides within the country marketing function and will assume responsibility for assigned key Power Brands within the category.

Your responsibilities

-To support BM/SBM to manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability.

-To develop and support in the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and the effective deployment of the marketing budget.

-To contribute to the development of category strategies. Focus on media, campaigns and momentums preparation and execution.

-To develop and give support in execution of annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy.

-Collaborate on market research and consumer behaviour projects to reveal trends that dictate our industry.

-Ensure right performance tracking for the brand and KPIs follow-up.

-Gather and interpret data to unveil insights that will inform strategic business decisions.

-Craft compelling reports and dashboards that visualise data and convey key findings with clarity.

-Contribute to the development of robust data models and analytics systems that streamline our insights processes.

-Pinpoint patterns and correlations within datasets to distil and share influential insights with the team.

The experience we're looking for

  • 1 year of experience in Marketing in FMCG. 
  • A solid grasp on data analysis, in Excel, Power BI, or other similar tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative spirit paired with the ability to convey complex data in a simple, actionable way.
  • A continuous learning mindset, eager to grasp new concepts and meet challenges head-on.
