About the role

Seize the opportunity to become a Finance or Commercial Controller at Reckitt, where your expertise will be vital in managing the financial complexities of a dynamic international market. In this critical role, you'll navigate the fascinating world of international logistics, ensuring the seamless flow of goods while adeptly controlling costs and collaborating closely with the tax department. Your responsibilities

Work closely with the sales teams to optimize resource allocation, ensuring investment decisions align with business goals.
Analyze promotional spending, market investments, and pricing strategies to assess ROI and profitability.
Develop and monitor KPIs to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
Support sales teams with forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance analyses to maintain alignment with financial targets.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of two business controllers, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Oversee workload distribution and provide mentorship, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Establish best practices in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and tools.
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, to align financial objectives with overall business strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing financial insights to support critical business decisions.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.

The experience we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance business controlling areas
Educated to minimum bachelor degree level ideally in business/management or economic science with specific knowledge or specialization in finance
English and portuguese proficiency
Leadership, people management, financial acumen, analytical skills, proactivity to solve problems
