About the role
As a Master Data Associate you’ll be giving support to the supply team and areas on Master data related topics.
Your responsibilities
-Owner of new SKUs creation process. Give support and train key stakeholders on Master data new SKU creation process (supply and rest of business areas involved).
-Execute creation and changes to SAP master data.
-Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
-Participate in project status meetings and provide updates on the progress of each SKU to multiple functional teams.
-Maintain and follow up status of active SKUs. Ensure they have been added to the appropriate catalogs and update data when necessary or delist when requested by commercial/planning team.
-Identify obsolete SKUs in order to have a clean and updated master data.
-Maintain and develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
-Solve technical problems under his/her scope (Master data related).
-Follow the processes in place, ensure that stakeholders are respecting them and continuously improve them.
-Put in place and measure KPIs to track the progress of the Master Data activity and ensure that the data quality and timings are respected.
The experience we're looking for
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
-2 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG sector.
-MS Office, PPTX, Excel and SAP (or other ERP System).
-Analytical skills.
-Spanish and English proficiency.
