Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing the company’s most strategic customer accounts for nutrition across all channels (offline retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital platforms), ensuring consistent execution of sales and marketing strategies, maximizing revenue, and building long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities
Account Strategy Development: Build and execute joint business plans with key customers. Align marketing, sales, and trade activities across channels.
Omnichannel Execution: Ensure promotions, pricing, and product visibility are consistent in brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce sites, and marketplaces. Coordinate campaigns that deliver a seamless shopper experience.
Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts. Negotiate terms, visibility, and collaboration agreements with retailers and digital partners.
Data & Insights: Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, shopper insights, and digital analytics. Use KPIs to measure performance across channels and adjust strategies.
Revenue & Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability by optimizing trade investments. Monitor ROI of omnichannel campaigns and promotions.
Challenges & Trade-offs
- Channel conflicts: Balancing pricing and promotions between online and offline partners.
- Data complexity: Integrating insights from multiple sources (POS, CRM, digital analytics).
- Customer expectations: Retailers demand tailored strategies, requiring agility and customization.
The experience we're looking for
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Good analytical skills and management of Data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and retail execution tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish
