About the role
The primary role of the Planning & NPI Manager Iberia is to:
-Establish enterprise consensus sales forecasts for the product portfolio.
-Develop, deploy and lead IBP (S&OP) for the 2 markets Spain/Portugal, in collaboration with sales, marketing and finance.
-Ensure stock availability
-Manage the Planning team.
Your responsibilities
-Manage the Planning & NPI team.
-Steering and animation of the monthly S&OP cycle (Sales & Operations planning) in collaboration with sales, marketing and finance: support of his team on Demand Review and lead on Management Business Review.
-Work closely with its key marketing, sales, finance, Customer service, logistic and embellishment partners.
-Lead decision-making process for planning and cross-functional teams.
-Report on planning related issues and recommendations to senior management
-Develop and monitor of KPIs (Pack Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Weeks of Cover; Portfolio rationalization, Supply Chain Losses).
-Ensure a PFR2 > 98.0%. Weekly OOS / Distress reports.
-Manage supply chain losses (scrapping, SLOB, inventory provision).
-Manage the brand activities (change of packaging, launch of new products, stoppages...) and the product life cycle.
-Lead the End-to-End Innovation launch timeline and ensure with all the stakeholders that each step is fulfilled accordingly to ensure that innovations are launched on time.
-Proactively identify any blocking points, provide mitigation plans, and escalate.
-Lead on the management of product portfolio rationalization.
-Manage relationship with connected planning team, Reckitt plants and external co-packers
-Analysis and identification of areas for improvement to be implemented. Participation in processes/tools improvement projects.
The experience we're looking for
-5 years of experience in Supply Chain (planning/operations/logistics management) in FMCG.
-Knowledge of sales forecast and IBP (S&OP).
-Business knowledge (key performance indicators of marketing & commercial services).
-Knowledge of the supply chain.
-Basic financial knowledge (P&L).
-ERP knowledge (SAP ECC, Kinaxsis).
-Mastery of MS Office, PPT and Excel.
-Fluent in English and Spanish.
-Organizational capacity: rigour, autonomy, muti-tasking management, agility, respect of deadlines, compliace with processes.
-Strong ability to influence & impact cross functional teams outside supply.
