About the role

You will take ownership of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all processes. You will also manage and strengthen supplier relationships, driving collaboration and high standards throughout the supply chain.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Annual Supplier Audit Plan.
  • Conduct internal, external, and cross-functional audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage supplier technical documentation and monitor performance metrics.
  • Support internal training initiatives within the department and oversee supplier approval processes.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP standards across all operations.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to the Essential Home project.

The experience we're looking for

  • University degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English (B2–C1), with the ability to manage documentation and conduct audits in both English and Spanish.
  • ISO 9001 Auditor certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in ISO 9001 auditing is a plus.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Fixed-term contract for the Disentanglement project.
