About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Associate to join our Quality team, where science and innovation come together to create products that truly make a difference.

In this role, you will contribute to the growth of a trusted product portfolio by ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the product lifecycle from concept to execution. You will play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Your responsibilities

• Collect and analyze formulas, carry out industrial trials, and monitor their performance.

• Define and set process parameters and transfer them to factory operations.

• Collaborate closely with R&D and other departments involved in manufacturing processes.

• Control and monitor manufacturing processes for both liquid and solid products.

• Support the industrialization of new formulas.

• Perform risk analysis within the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and safety.

• Work in compliance with GMP systems.

• Ensure sanitary facilities and conditions to prevent product contamination.

The experience we're looking for

• Education:University degree in Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Sciences, or a Quality-related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hygienic design principles.
• Understanding of different types of manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of metrology and measurement systems.
• Good level of English (B2–C1). An English test will be required.
• Hands-on profile, comfortable working on the factory floor and moving between production areas.
