About the role

We're in search of a proactive Quality Associate to join the Essential Home Project team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. You'll contribute to the growth of our trusted product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will drive activities from concept to execution, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities

  • Collect formulas, carry out industrial tests and monitor them. 
  • Set process parameters to then send to the factory.
  • Work together with R&D and departments involved in the processes.
  • Control of manufacturing processes (liquids and solids)
  • Industrialization of new formulas  
  • Analysis of risks in the manufacturing process.  
  • Work with GMP systems.  
  • Sanitary facilities to prevent product contamination. Disinfection.  

The experience we're looking for

University degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Sciences, or Quality-related fields (preferred).
Knowledge of hygienic design.Understanding of:
  • Types of equipment
  • Types of pumps
  • Metrology
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions.
Good level of English (B2–C1). An English test will be required.
Hands-on profile: comfortable working on the factory floor and moving between production areas.
