About the role
As a Regulatory Affairs Graduate, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation and compliance efforts. Your responsibilities
- Regulatory to support product compliance of Reckitt Benckiser’s marketed products with relevant Spanish and European regulatory requirements to bring competitive advantage to our brands.
- Documentation Management System
- Assist in the compilation of national dossiers for submissions to authorities working closely with company personnel (e.g., R&D SSG, Category R&D, Global RSE, etc.) and contractors, as required.
- Artwork & Product Information revision to ensure they fully comply with legislation and technical documentation file or dossier, when applicable.
- Support on the amendment of registration dossiers as necessary for country-specific regulatory requirements and overseeing the submission of registration/variation/notification applications.
- Managing and maintaining regulatory documentation filing system.
- External Affairs
- Interfacing with local government agencies and industry associations to support the impact and implementation of required company compliance with all regulations, laws and industry policies that affect the ingredients, packaging, marketing, advertising, labelling and production of our products.
- Quality Management System
- Support managing and maintaining relevant Standard Operating Procedures as part of the QMS.
- Help with GDP compliance including customs documentation, batch release or any other activity related to GDP compliance of our portfolio.
The experience we're looking for
- 6 months-1 year of experience within the regulatory field, ideally supported by a BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biomedicine, or pharmacology. You must be graduated from an european university due the type of contract.
- Ability to work under pressure while ensuring task execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Developing business acumen and commercial awareness, with a view to understanding product lifecycle management.
- Capacity for insight into consumer needs and expectations.
- Eagerness to collaborate, build partnerships, and continuously innovate.
