Research & Development
You will manage projects from day one, making decisions with real impact and driving performance through brands with purpose to Create a Cleaner & Healthier world.
Regulatory to support product compliance and labelling according to current applicable legislation.
Regulatory & Safety affairs department is developed to protect public health by controlling the safety and efficacy of products in areas including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer products among others, and by the companies responsible for the discovery, testing, manufacture and marketing of these products wanting to ensure that they supply products that are safe and make a worthwhile contribution to public health and welfare.

As a Regulatory trainee, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation and compliance efforts. Your responsibilities
• Assist in the compilation of requirements for global regulatory submissions of our products.
• Support for the maintenance of regulatory information management systems (RIM).
• Artwork & Product Information revision to ensure they fully comply with legislation and technical documentation file or dossier, when applicable.
• Global & Local database update to achieve excellent management of product license status. (PCS, GRAIS…)
• Support on license maintenance & variation submission according to timelines.
The experience we're looking for
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication in English - verbal and written
• Detail oriented
• Must be detail- and goal-oriented, quality conscientious, and results-oriented.
• An ability to manage changing priorities, multiple tasks, and communicate impact to project teams is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language skills – English, Spanish
