This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong quality expertise, supplier management capabilities and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced global environment.
Your responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end supplier quality lifecycle, including supplier qualification, onboarding, performance management, risk mitigation and offboarding activities.
• Establish and continuously improve supplier quality programs to ensure compliance with Reckitt standards, customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Drive supplier performance management through KPI monitoring, scorecards, governance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan, execute and support supplier audits, while reviewing third-party audit reports, certifications and corrective action plans.
• Lead investigations related to supplier quality incidents, non-conformances and material defects, ensuring effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Supply teams to support sourcing decisions, product innovations and supplier development activities.
• Develop strong partnerships with critical suppliers to strengthen quality systems, manufacturing capabilities and operational excellence.
• Provide quality leadership and expertise across the supplier network, promoting a culture of compliance, continuous improvement and consumer-focused decision-making.
