Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Sobre el puesto

El promotor de farmacia se encarga de las visitas, ejecucion, distribucion y ventas a clientes en las zonas del sur oriente de Barranquilla (Principal) y Santa Marta y alrededores. Así como el cumplimiento de los objetivos asignados mes a mes, manejo y seguimiento de convenios con todos los parametros de la ejecucion en PDV. Adicional mejorar la visibilidad de la marca en los puntos de venta, realizar informes, analisis y seguimiento de ventas; reportar por medio de la herramienta las visitas realizadas en los pdv.

Tus responsabilidades

• Cumplir con las metas y objetivos de ventas establecidos cada mes
• Lograr la distribucion esperada con los clientes de la zona en los dos portafolios
• Realizar la cobertura de los pdv del panel y reportar en herramienta NP
• Seguimiento y cumplimiento de los convenios generados con clientes mini cadena
• Capacitacion y educacion a los dependientes acerca de los portafolios
• Analisis y seguimiento a los indicadores
• Mantener y actualizar el panel para ser mas estrategicos a la hora de la venta
• Aumentar visibilidad en PDV en toda la zona para poder atraer nuevos clientes

La experiencia que buscamos

• Escolaridad: grado técnico o superior
• Experiencia en los territorios de ventas
• Experiencia deseable con farmacias, canal independiente y cadenas de tiendas
• Manejo de GPS y Office suite
• Reportes de ventas y exp en PDV
• Deseable conocimiento en visitas médicas
