About the role

The CI Manager is responsible for leading site-wide implementation of Global RPS (Reckitt Production System) Standards to drive continuous improvement, identify productivity ideas and enable success implementation of the improvement projects. The CI Manager works within a structure that requires interfacing with all levels and functions of the organization, and as such, be able to build and nurture relationships with a wide variety of organizational partners.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
  • Analyze production data using statistical tools to track trends, develop KPIs, and inform decisions.
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, train teams, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, maintaining budgets, and reporting updates.
  • Ensure process documentation, regulatory compliance, and SOP updates.
  • Drive RPS deployment and change initiatives, ensuring alignment and adoption.
  • Integrate lean principles, train employees, and engage stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Facilitate ideation events, oversee productivity projects, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and execute RPS strategies, mentor CI teams, and align continuous improvement with goals.
  • Create a responsibility matrix and standardize operational procedures with Quality Management.
  • Maintain data integrity, apply analytics tools, and improve operational performance.
  • Implement 5S, enhance OEE metrics, and optimize workplace efficiency.
  • Improve Planned Maintenance and refine production scheduling to minimize change-over losses.
  • Conduct skill assessments, implement training, and support workforce development.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, optimize resources, and adjust CI projects to meet targets.
  • Facilitate KPI updates, strategic communication, and lead performance reviews.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience AND 2 years of experience leveraging Lean Manufacturing Principles (CI, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with an ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Expertise in lean management Standards and other related CI methodologies.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships across various organizational levels and functions.
  • Six Sigma Black/Green Belt preferred
  • Experience with CI Tools, and CI strategy development and Implementation preferred
