Your responsibilities

Analyzes operations and facilities, designs layouts, estimates costs, and provides project recommendations.

Prepares Capital Asset Requests for equipment and systems in packaging, processing, or facilities.

Manages budgets, timelines, and overall project control.

Evaluates and selects equipment and system components.

Develops specifications, negotiates contracts, and coordinates with contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to regulations.

Oversees installation and start-up of equipment with operations, contractors, and vendors.

Updates engineering drawings per cGMP protocols.
-
Submits reports, including proposals, validations, status updates, costs, and timelines.

Creates spreadsheets to define and analyze process capabilities.

Promotes continuous improvement through new technologies and cost-benefit analysis.

Leverages global resources for harmonization, system exploration, and lessons from other operations.

The experience we're looking for
- B.S. Engineering Discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in leading capital projects preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, read, and understand PFD’s, P&ID’s, equipment sizing, conceptual designs, and optimal utility consumptions.
- Advanced knowledge of Auto CAD required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software
- Above average analytical and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problems solving skills in dynamic environment where managing multiple priorities is the norm.
- Demonstrated presentation, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Self-starter and solid team player who is willing to challenge the status-quo.
- Must exhibit good technical communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to serve on a team in a variety of roles; facilitator, project manager, and peer or subordinate participant.

Salary Range
USD $103,000.00 - $155,000.00
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
