About the role

As the Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with global, regional, and regulatory quality standards. Working cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization, you will drive audit readiness, oversee quality documentation and compliance processes, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and champion initiatives that strengthen quality performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the site.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support corporate, cross-site, regulatory, and ISO audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with quality standards and requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to investigate issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of quality metrics, improvement initiatives, SOP reviews, audit activities, and other key quality system processes.
  • Provide guidance and training on quality system processes while overseeing a Quality Specialist and collaborating with department leaders to strengthen quality compliance and performance across the site.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Chemistry, Engineering, or another STEM-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations quality, including quality systems management within a regulated environment.
  • Background managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), including areas such as deviations, CAPA, documentation control, supplier qualification, and quality compliance processes.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting and managing audits, including internal audits and accreditation audits aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments, with knowledge of SOP development, risk assessment activities, audit preparation, and quality processes; pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

US salary ranges

USD $112,000.00 -  $140,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
