Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Driving data analytics capabilities, platforms and integration across Reckitt’s organization. Lead in charge of managing Luminate platform integration, training and engagement across sales, category, supply and marketing teams. 

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Project manager on engine data visualization platform to develop new process to integrate Reckitt internal and Walmart POS data with external development partners to unlock new reporting and data science capabilities across the Reckitt Walmart Sales team for Health & Hygiene
- Head administrator for all third-party data and insights toolkits, Numerator, Nielsen, Walmart Luminate, Mastercard, Engine, and managing relationships with all vendor teams
- Help in developing new process to integrate Reckitt internal and retailer POS data with external development partners to unlock new reporting  
- You will have opportunity for growth and development and achieve personal and departmental performance goals. 

The experience we're looking for

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data, analytics, project management related roles, preferably in CPG/retail industry 
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or a related field, advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of project management, partnership, driving business results through data driven insights 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
- Proficiency in data analytics
- You can listen to, understand, review, analyze, interpret and provide solutions. 
- Excellent writing skills and strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and computer skills are a must. 
- You are open to feedback and coaching and can apply learnings for continuous improvement 
- You must have a strong desire to assist sales partners, analysts, category management and customer supply 
- You are a positive team player; work well with others and consider other’s perspectives to provide constructive solutions
- Capability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, guidelines, and processes in a dynamic  
-3 days in office required, 2 days work from home/remote.

US salary ranges

USD $130,000.00  -  $196,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
