Sobre el rol

Objetivo: Responsable de liderar, analizar y consolidar información de alta calidad para alimentar el Pronóstico de Sell-In de Reckitt Core / EH como resultado del proceso de Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Las actividades clave incluyen integrar iniciativas de generación de demanda, información de clientes (Sell-In, Sell-Out e inventarios) y análisis de datos por canal/marca/SKU. También preparar los KPI involucrados en el proceso IBP para identificar brechas con anticipación y definir planes de acción que permitan cumplir los objetivos del negocio en Colombia

Tus responsabilidades

• Reconcile and upload IBP reconciliation (after MBR) to Kinaxis systems. Reconcile and upload CAM files with IBP cycle information.
• Garanted the correct anlaysis and updating all inputs in the forecastin tool (SI, SO/ST & Inventories).
• Lead Pre alignment meetings with Marketing, Sales and Customers reviewing recommended SO and SI forecast.
• Elaborate, analyze and communicate DOI report, finding major variations and opportunities against targets. Lead the redefinition of targets every 6 months according to the results obtained and the input of Sales and Trade teams.
• Support to the consolidation and elaboration of IBP decks (pre-align , DR, SR, IR, MBR, etc)
• Elaborate and communicate pre-reads and minutes for every IBP process meeting
• Communicate once at month to every non-attending stakeholder of the MBR the decisions and plan for the next months (locally) – (i.e kams, finance, supply, etc)
• Weekly follow up of sales against IBP – estimates consumption – in order to generate root cause analysis of main deviations.
• Series adjustment according to decisions made after every IBP meeting. (Sell out before DR and Sell In after DR).
• Analysis of value aggregation for every series reviewed on the IBP process (quarterly). Check which of the different series (Marketing, Sales or Stat) is more accurate and bring more value to the process.
• Maintain quarterly updated historical information that allows determining the monthly baseline with 18 months of future visibility.
• Collaboratively build the building blocks, fully supported, that allow determining the ROI (Return on investment) and volume that the initiatives will bring on a monthly basis.
• Keep the baseline demand segregated from the building blocks and finally totalize the total demand.
• Review monthly compliance with the frozen periods that must be determined according to the supply lead times.
• Present the results of Accuracy and BIAS by SKU at the Demand Review and MBR meeting.
• Identify and Communicate risks and opportunities in current forecast to validate action plans to reduce/Mitigate impacts.
• Guarantee continuous improvement in IBP Process including best practices to reduce deviations between Real Sales vs Forecast
