About the role
The Sr Regulatory Manager is responsible for anchoring best-in-class regulatory execution for CWL Hygiene & Cosmetics while defining and leading LATAM Policy.
The role ensures end-to-end regulatory accountability in CWL, driving fast, high-quality decision-making, strong proximity to the business, and sustained operational delivery through direct leadership of local teams. In parallel, it shapes and executes a forward-looking regional policy and advocacy agenda for all the categories, ensuring among others that regulatory accountabilities are consistently delivered and that Reckitt effectively influences regulatory and health policy environments to unlock growth and strengthen its leadership in self-care.
Your responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end regulatory strategy and execution for Hygiene & Cosmetics in CWL, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities
- Lead, develop and strengthen local regulatory teams
- Act as a strategic partner to commercial and cross-functional teams, ensuring strong regulatory input into business decisions
- Ensure proactive identification and mitigation of regulatory risks, enabling continuity and market competitiveness
- Define and drive Reckitt’s LATAM regulatory policy and advocacy agenda in all categories
- Ensure consistent execution of regulatory accountabilities
- Establish and align regional regulatory and health policy positions
- Lead external influence and engagement
- Build and leverage strategic partnerships and external networks
- Anticipate and manage regulatory and policy risks
The experience we're looking for
- Solid experience in regulatory affairs, regulatory advocacy , health policy, crafting regulatory strategies, and leading teams
- Experience in Consumer Health, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated, science-based industries with strong regulatory and policy complexity
- Strong experience managing multi-country regulatory environments
- Strong track record in regulatory strategy, risk management, and business partnership
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced English
